Storage: As the cake contains alcohol, in a cold environment it can stay on counter, covered, for a week to 10 days. For longer storage, it can stay in an airtight container in the fridge for a month, depending on the temperature. Can be frozen for an extended period. Freeze for better flavour and texture retention.
